Product Overview

This automotive-grade bidirectional OBC is a fully digital, air-cooled power electronics unit designed for electric passenger cars, logistics vehicles, and specialty EVs. It integrates high-efficiency AC-to-DC charging with DC-to-AC inverting capabilities, all within a rugged IP67-rated aluminum enclosure.

1. Bidirectional Versatility (V2L Support)

Unlike standard chargers, our unit features a built-in inverter that converts 250-500VDC from the traction battery into 220VAC (±5%) at 50Hz. With a 3kVA output and ≥94% inverting efficiency, it provides reliable power for external appliances, tools, or emergency home backup.

2. Integrated DC/DC Converter

To maximize space and weight efficiency, the unit includes an integrated 2kW DC/DC converter. It steps down high-voltage power to a stable 13.8V (9-16V range) to power the vehicle’s low-voltage systems and charge the auxiliary 12V battery with a massive 145A output.

3. Ruggedized for Extreme Environments

Safety is our core priority. The unit is rated IP67, ensuring it is completely dust-tight and protected against water immersion. It operates flawlessly in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C, making it suitable for any climate.
